Sometimes You Just Have To Send It Back!

Proceeds from items sold in The PDQ Digital Media Panda Shop will be donated to Panda conservation efforts around the world. Therefore all sales are final with the following exceptions:

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide us with the proper shipping address.

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size.

How To Return A Damaged / Defective Item?


We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please log in to your Panda Shop Account and complete a RMA request. You will be provided with instructions on how and where to return your damaged / defective items.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment less shipping charges.
