The PDQ Digital Media Accounting team will be conducting a scheduled maintenance starting October 1st, 2019 at 12:00 AM CST through to October 4th, 2019 at 12:00 AM CST.
The purpose of this maintenance is to upgrade our billing system to a new version which will bring significant improvements to the Client Dashboard. The upgrade will affect your Client Dashboard which will may not be accessible for the duration of this maintenance. During the maintenance email ticket submissions will still be possible but there will be delays in responses and replies will come from a new temporary email address for the duration of the maintenance. Also due to the PDQ Digital Media Client Dashboard not being inaccessible, all payments will need to be manually processed through the Accounting team who can be reached by phone or Live Chat.
Our Internal Engineering Teams will take all necessary precautions to mitigate any prolonged disturbances outside of this service window. If you have any questions about this maintenance, please contact one of our support team members.
